Each hydraulic cylinder is custom-made. The online CAD configurator allows you to quickly select the optimal specifications, by choosing from the wide range of options and customisations available, and to download 2D/3D models and complete technical documentation, making it easier to integrate our cylinders into the most complex projects.
The PRISMA area of our website offers a comprehensive support service to help you use our kits quickly, easily and effectively: simply enter the code of the cylinder you want to make and you will receive the list of the necessary components and the manufacturing drawings for the customised parts (barrel, rod, tie rods). You can then proceed directly to the order, without risk of errors.

    • Front and rear heads and mountings in all configurations (threaded holes, flanges, feet, hinges, pins, etc.).
    • Pistons complete with seals, available in standard and magnetic versions for use with proximity sensors. The ISO dimensions of the grooves ensure that spare parts are easy to find.
    • Bronze guide bushings, which guarantee high performance and durability, complete with polyurethane, PTFE+NBR or Viton seals according to application requirements.
    • Adjustable cushioning systems, with hardened steel floating ring for perfect centring and quick opening during return.
    • High-strength steel tie rods, threaded by rolling, available from stock in standard or custom lengths.
    • Chrome-plated bars (CK45, 42CrMo4, AISI 304, 20MnV6) and tubes (E355, AISI 304) cut to size for the machining of rods and tubes. In the PRISMA area, you can configure and download customised machining drawings.
